Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Execution Consultant 2 to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in workforce management platforms, particularly Alvaria and Verint, and will play a key role in supporting dual-platform deployments and CCaaS migration efforts. This position requires a strong background in system administration, scheduling, forecasting, and configuration management, as well as advanced Excel skills and experience in coaching or mentorship.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and support for Alvaria and Verint Workforce Management platforms, including scheduling, forecasting, and configuration management.
• Manage dual-platform deployments and assist in CCaaS migration efforts.
• Handle user management, work queues, activity codes, skills assignment, and scheduling tasks.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including array formulas, sumifs, power query, and power pivots, to support workforce management activities.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM).
• Proficiency with Alvaria/Aspect platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong system administration skills.
• Above-average proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and tools.
• Experience in coaching, training, or mentorship roles.

Pay Range: $48 - $50

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
