Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services in Batesville, AR

URGENT: $20,000 All-Inclusive Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance

Compensation:

  • Starting Base Salary: $115,000+ (higher based on professional experience)

Position Overview

The client is seeking an Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead and advance its cardiovascular programs, including the Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Pre/Post Unit, Non-Invasive Radiology, Cardiology Clinics, and Cardiac Rehab departments .

The Executive Director will provide strategic vision, operational oversight, and physician/staff engagement to ensure timely access, clinical excellence, and superior patient outcomes . This role is central to enhancing cardiovascular service line growth, compliance, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership to managers and staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Oversee daily operations across cardiovascular service lines, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on evidence-based practice, patient outcomes, and HCAHPS performance.
  • Build trust-based relationships with physicians, APPs, nurses, ancillary staff, and community partners.
  • Represent White River Health in community engagement and referral network development.
  • Support professional development and continuing education for clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with finance on departmental budgets, financial performance, and growth strategies.
  • Champion patient- and family-centered care, ensuring exceptional and culturally sensitive experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in cardiovascular or related healthcare services.
  • Strong background in operations, quality improvement, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and physician relations skills.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and foster collaborative team environments.
