About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Research Site Manager to lead daily operations at our  Plano location. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee clinical trial execution, ensure regulatory and protocol compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain research integrity and data quality.

What You’ll Do

· Manage end-to-end clinical site operations

· Ensure protocol adherence and GCP compliance

· Coordinate and supervise clinical staff and research activities

· Oversee subject safety, data collection, and study documentation

· Act as the primary site liaison for sponsors and CROs

· Support multiple locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

· 1+ year of management experience (required)

· Background in patient care (required)

· Experience in clinical trials, protocol management, and research coordination

· Strong skills in project management, organization, and problem-solving

· Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

· Vaccine trial experience (preferred)

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (nursing/advanced certifications a plus)

· Ability to work on-site in Frisco and travel to other ACRC locations as needed
