About the Position:

Allied Resources is seeking a Construction Manager for a Full-time opportunity in the data center/technology industry. Relocation support available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Lead workshops to define project scope, capture lessons learned, and drive improvements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and approval processes across multiple projects.
• Consolidate reporting and prepare executive-level presentations on project progress.
• Partner with project managers, engineers, and contractors on cost and schedule analysis.
• Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and change order reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years of construction or project management experience; data center/mission-critical experience preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Background in construction cost management or project controls a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
