Director, Capital Markets | Fundraising | Leading Owner/Operator - Multifamily/Student
We are working with a fast-growing, vertically integrated owner/operator of Class A multifamily and student housing that is seeking a Director with a proven track record of institutional-level fundraising, ideally on behalf of a multifamily and/or student platform.
Our client is launching several new vehicles/funds, and needs a polished candidate, with an existing network, to collaborate directly with the internal Capital Markets/Executive teams, and deliver material results from day one.
This is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year, and this would be an opportunity to be an integral part of that growth.
