Insurance Pipeline is a leading, fast-growing health insurance agency dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the Affordable Care Act (ACA) marketplace. We provide licensed agents with qualified leads, unmatched training, and a supportive environment that drives results. We’re now hiring a skilled  ACA Sales Manager & Trainer to lead and develop our licensed health insurance agents into top-performing professionals.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a  Licensed ACA Sales Manager / Trainer with proven experience in health insurance sales, team leadership, and training delivery. In this dual role, you will be responsible for  managing a team of ACA agents, coaching and mentoring new hires, conducting ongoing training, and driving enrollment performance. You’ll play a critical role in our national growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of licensed ACA health insurance agents.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs focused on ACA compliance, sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM tools.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching, support, and development.
  • Ensure agents are fully compliant with CMS guidelines and Insurance Pipeline protocols.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team to scale staffing needs based on enrollment seasons.
  • Analyze KPIs and generate reports to measure team effectiveness and sales conversion.
  • Promote a high-performance culture of accountability, integrity, and success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Health Insurance License (Life & Health, 240 or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ACA or individual health insurance sales.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or trainer role.
  • Strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act and Marketplace plans.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToMeeting).
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing remote or hybrid agent teams.
  • CMS FFM certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Background in telesales or virtual enrollment platforms.
