The Opportunity

As a Sr. Relationship Manager, you'll support clients once they've started using our services, helping them maximize the value of our platform. Your main goal is to ensure they get the most out of it, leading to continued usage and renewals. While this role is essential for the company's growth, it is not a sales position; rather, it focuses on operations.

As a key team lead on the Relationship Management Team, you will also supervise and coach entry level relationship managers. As a team lead and mentor, your goal is to build client confidence in our team’s capabilities.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with leadership and various teams to ensure a seamless client experience. You'll act as the client’s advocate, gathering feedback to help us improve and develop new solutions that meet their evolving needs. This is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact, both for our clients and the company, as we aim to provide exceptional technology to wealth management advisors.

While not a sales role, you'll manage client relationships from an operational perspective, focusing on customer service. You'll handle day-to-day issues, conduct regular check-ins with clients, and keep them informed about training opportunities and new product features. You'll also assist them with performance reports and other key documents, helping to reinforce their confidence in our team.

Our Relationship Managers are more than just connectors - they’re catalysts for success. You'll be a steady hand, guiding our RIA partners through each phase of their journey with us. Your work will empower clients with greater clarity, capability, and confidence on our platform. This is a proactive, relationship-driven role that requires strong instincts, creative problem-solving, and a deep commitment to client success. If you're passionate about building lasting partnerships and being at the heart of what drives business growth, we’d love to meet you.

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll serve as the strategic partner for a portfolio of advisory firms and RIAs. You’ll lead success planning, drive adoption, address challenges, and represent the voice of your clients internally. Your efforts will result in stronger client relationships, more effective platform use, and measurable business growth for our clients.

This isn’t a typical 9-to-5. There will be days and weeks when you come in at 6am and don’t leave until 7pm in the evening to meet deadlines. We move fast, expect a lot, and reward those who thrive in a hands-on, dynamic environment.

The Company

We are a wealth management company with a technology platform designed to make financial advising easier and more effective. Our system helps businesses and advisors work more efficiently by bringing all their daily tasks into one easy-to-use interface.

We offer a flexible solution that can grow with our clients, including registered investment advisors (RIAs), broker-dealers, and multifamily offices. Our platform includes tools for client onboarding, trading, and tracking client progress, as well as features for billing, reporting, and analytics.

With user-friendly dashboards, our platform helps everyone in the firm quickly access important information and manage their work effectively.

Our wealth management technology platform is a spinoff of a well-known RIA and is focused on providing a scalable digital wealth management system that empowers advisors to focus on what matters most. Our clients include small investment offices and RIAs, and we aim to be the go-to solution for wealth management growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale experience for a portfolio of RIA and enterprise clients — from onboarding through long-term growth.
  • Lead success planning conversations to align client goals with platform strategy, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Drive product adoption by coordinating training, feature rollouts, and strategic touchpoints.
  • Be the internal voice of your clients - surfacing insights to Product, Operations, Trading, and Support teams.
  • Identify opportunities for deeper engagement, platform expansion, and account retention.
  • Navigate custodian transitions, advisor onboarding, and organizational changes with clarity and confidence.
  • Track client health and proactively resolve issues before they escalate - keeping relationships strong and productive.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously enhance the client experience and our service model.

Qualifications, skills, and experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in fintech or wealth management – required.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience with a client facing team – required.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles focused on client success and service is highly preferred. (Examples include consultant, strategist, technical account manager, operations account manager, relationship manager, customer/client success, etc.) – Required.
  • Deep understanding of RIA operations, investment platforms, and advisor-client dynamics – Required.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers – required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite – required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management and prioritization abilities – required.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment – required.
  • CFP certification, Series 6,7 - big plus.
  • CRM Systems (Zoho, Salesforce) – a plus.
  • WealthTech Platforms (Orion, Tamarac, Black Diamond, Addepar) – a plus.
  • Custodian Portals (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing, Goldman Sachs) – a plus.
  • Experience with custodial transitions - big plus.
  • Internal Collaboration / project tools (Monday.com, Slack) – a plus.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ.
  • The company cannot sponsor a Visa.
