TEAM COORDINATOR (INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION)
FT In Office – Starting between $25-$35/ Hour commensurate with experience. Initial review at 90 days.
NAK Kiln Services is headquartered in Pendergrass, Georgia. For over 25 years, the company has serviced rotary kilns, calciners, coolers, and dryers for customers throughout the United States. The company’s core competencies are installing, repairing, and maintaining rotary equipment. This position supports the Alignment/Grinding/Start-Up teams working closely with our engineers.
This position will provide high-level administrative and operational support to department leaders and interdepartmental processes, as well as contacting and coordinating with customers, recording daily logs, managing travel and logistics arrangements, completing customer-facing reports with the engineering team. Full time/Hourly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will take ownership of 3 teams comprised of approximately 15 employees total. Reporting to, and working closely with, the Vice President of Engineering this position will coordinate site visits, job schedules & planning, expense reporting and department specific purchasing. This position will also play a critical role in assembling technical reports for customers utilizing data provided by field engineers.
Working closely with other departments site visit and schedule planning will require making arrangements for rental cars, flights, and lodging, as well as, contacting customers regarding the schedule and managing the deployment calendars.
Expense reporting will require use of the Concur SAP platform and basic computer skills.
Excel will be heavily relied on for multiple processes.
Business writing skills are a must.
Familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus.
Familiarity with AutoCad is a huge plus.
Applicants with experience in a construction related field will be prioritized.
Administrative experience is REQUIRED.
The right candidate will possess strong written & verbal communication and organizational skills. The ability to think independently in a fast paced environment and also work effectively as part of a team is necessary.
Some after hours responsive work will be required. Limited travel to field jobs will be required during advanced training.
Laptop, phone, and training as well as safety certifications will be provided.
